This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which NSIM Education Private Limited (“NSIM Education”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) processes refunds and cancellations for payments made through our website www.nsimeducation.com. By enrolling in our courses and completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

2. Payment Confirmation

  • All payments made through www.nsimeducation.com are confirmed only after successful processing by our authorized payment gateway.
  • Once payment is confirmed, an acknowledgment email or message will be sent to the registered contact details provided by the student.
  • Students are advised to keep the payment confirmation for future reference.
  • 3. Refund Policy for Offline Courses

    We understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, we offer a limited refund option for offline (in-person) courses as follows:

    • Students must submit a written refund request within 7 days of enrollment.
    • The request must include a valid reason and supporting proof (if applicable).
    • Refund requests should be sent via email to support@nsimeducation.com.
    • Once verified, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
    • After 7 days, no refund will be processed for any reason.
    • Note: Admission, registration, or administrative fees (if any) are non-refundable.

    4. Refund Policy for Online Courses / Webinars

    Due to the nature of digital content delivery, no refund or cancellation will be permitted for:

    • Online courses
    • Webinars
    • Digital workshops
    • E-learning programs
    • Study materials provided electronically

    Once access is granted or the session has begun, payment becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

    5. Course Cancellation by NSIM Education

    In rare cases where a course or batch is canceled by NSIM Education, students will be:

    Offered a full refund, or

    Given the option to reschedule or transfer enrollment to another course of equal value.

    Refunds will be processed to the same account used for payment within 10 working days of the cancellation notice.

    6. Transfer & Substitution

    If a student wishes to transfer their enrollment to another course or substitute another person in their place (for offline courses), they must make a formal written request.

    Approval will depend on seat availability and course eligibility.

    7. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

    Failure to attend the course or training after registration.

    Delays caused by student negligence or technical issues on their side (internet failure, device malfunction, etc.).

    Change of mind or dissatisfaction with teaching style or trainer.

    Violation of Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct of NSIM Education.

    8. Mode of Refund

    Refunds (if approved) will be made to the original payment method used by the student.

    Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

    Processing timelines may vary based on the student’s bank or payment provider.

    9. Amendment to This Policy

    NSIM Education Private Limited reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

    Any changes will be published on www.nsimeducation.com, and such updates shall take effect immediately.

    10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Barrackpore, West Bengal.
